Hospital management system modules
QClinicOne is a hospital management system made of nine modules that share one patient record. A clinic uses a few of them. A hospital uses all of them. Every module runs in a web browser, and every person who works there is included in the price.

Front desk and appointments
The day in front of you, not the whole diary.
Receptionists and front-office staff.

Laboratory and imaging
Results arrive from the machine, not a keyboard.
Laboratory technicians, radiographers and pathologists.

Emergency, ambulance and blood bank
The parts nobody plans to use.
Emergency staff, blood bank officers and doctors consulting remotely.

Administration, roles and branches
Set up by the clinic, not by us.
Administrators, owners and IT staff.
Questions buyers ask
What is a hospital management system?
A hospital management system (HMS) is software that runs a hospital’s daily work in one place: patient registration, appointments, consultations, wards, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and administration.
Can clinics use it, or is it only for hospitals?
Both. A clinic uses the front desk, consulting room, pharmacy and billing modules. A hospital adds wards, laboratory and imaging, and emergency care.
Can it run several hospitals or branches?
Yes. Branches share one system, staff can work at more than one, and each branch keeps its own stock.
Does it connect to laboratory analysers and imaging equipment?
Yes. Analyser results are received over HL7 v2, ASTM and FHIR, and images over DICOM. Other integrations are not offered today.
Is it charged per user?
No. Everyone who works at the clinic or hospital is included.
See it working before you decide
Open the demo clinic and sign in as a doctor, a nurse or the front desk. Nothing to install and no account needed. When you want your own patients in it, the trial runs for thirty days with everyone who works there included.
