What it costs
One figure, quoted for your hospital. It is decided by how many sites you run and which departments you turn on, and by nothing else.
Everyone who works there is included
There is no charge per user. Staff logins are not counted and not capped, so hiring a nurse does not change the invoice, and nobody has a reason to share an account. The audit trail is only worth having if each person signs in as themselves.
What moves the price
- Sites. One clinic, or a group with its own pharmacy and stock on each shelf.
- Departments. You pay for the ones you run, and you can turn one on or off yourself at any time.
What never does
- Members of staff, however many you hire.
- Patients, appointments, prescriptions or invoices.
- Support, updates, and the nightly backup.
See it before you ask what it costs
The demonstration clinic is open: sign in as a doctor, a nurse or the front desk and look around. No account, nothing to install. When you want your own patients in it, the trial runs for thirty days.

Questions buyers ask
Is it charged per user?
No. Everyone who works there is included: doctors, nurses, the front desk, the pharmacy, the lab, whoever you hire next. Staff logins are never counted or capped, so the bill does not move when you take someone on.
Why is there no price list?
Because what a single-doctor practice needs and what a group with four sites and a blood bank needs are not the same product, and a table of tiers would quote both wrongly. Tell us how many sites you run and which departments you need, and you get one figure.
What changes the price?
Two things: how many sites you run, and which departments you turn on. Nothing else. There is no charge per member of staff, per patient, per prescription or per invoice.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes, twice over. There is a demonstration clinic you can sign into now with no account at all, and a thirty-day trial that runs on your own patients with every feature included.
