Pharmacy and inventory
A counter that sells more than medicines.
The pharmacy and inventory module dispenses against prescriptions and takes stock off the right batch. It also keeps purchase invoices, suppliers, expiry dates, reorder levels and stock counts.
Used by: Pharmacists and store managers.

What it does
- Formulary imported from whatever system the clinic is leaving, with failures named row by row.
- Dispensing against a prescription, stock coming off the right batch.
- Purchase invoices entered the way paper reads, with a photograph kept alongside.
- Devices, consumables and nutrition alongside drugs.
- Batches, expiry, reorder levels, returns, and stock counts.
- Suppliers and purchase orders.
Questions buyers ask
How does the drug list move over from our old system?
The formulary is imported from a file exported by your current system. Rows that cannot be read are listed individually with the reason, so nothing is dropped silently.
