Last updated

This website collects only what you type into our enquiry forms and anonymous usage statistics. We use it to reply to you and to see which pages are useful. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

This website and the QClinicOne software are operated by Quantzi Infotech, Chennai, India. For anything in this policy, contact us at sales@qclinicone.com.

What we collect on this website

  • Enquiries. When you use the demo or contact form: your name, email or phone number, and optionally your hospital or clinic name, city, type of facility and message. We ask you not to include patient information.
  • Usage statistics. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where from, on what kind of device, and whether a form was sent. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
  • Server records. Like any website, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) briefly log technical details of each request, such as IP address and time, to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo, which is what you asked us to do.
  • To understand which pages help people and improve the site.
  • To protect the site against abuse.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is stored on our own servers and emailed to our sales inbox through our email provider. Usage statistics are processed by Google. Requests pass through Cloudflare. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as we are in conversation with you, and then no longer than two years.
  • Google Analytics data: two months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to sales@qclinicone.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

Patient data inside the software

This policy covers this website only. When a hospital or clinic uses QClinicOne, the patient records it keeps belong to that hospital, which decides how they are used. We process them on the hospital’s behalf and under its instructions, as set out in our agreement with it. Patients should contact their hospital or clinic about their records. How we protect that data is described on our security page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
